How to Get Flat Abs Fast
We all want flat abs, a 6 pack, washboard stomach, something along the lines of Matthew McConaughey. If I had his abs I wouldn't keep my shirt on either. In the end, we could all have flat abs, but it's hard work.
In order to get flat abs fast, it starts with your food intake. Certain foods, like fast food restaurants, McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, are all very bad for you... obviously. You will never have flat abs if you eat fast food, or even fried food, fatty foods, candy, chocolate, basically anything that tastes good. That is the way we all think right?
I am not telling you anything you haven't heard before, but it really does come down to eating healthy, your fruits and vegetables are essential. The worst part about eating healthy is finding healthy food or the thought of cooking healthy food. What do I cook, what do I put in it, can I have this or that, how much to put in... its very hard to cook healthy food. The good thing, is you can easily search online for healthy recipes.
In restaurants, they all pretty much print the calories in the food and have healthier menus. But beware, I was at a restaurant and the salad had more calories than the burger. Sometimes it doesn't make sense. We all have to make a choice and that choice will depend on if we have flat abs or the keg.
After you figure out the food intake and you actually start eating healthy, it comes down to exercise. I am not talking about body building, but just doing crunches or leg lifts or pretty much anything that helps strengthen the abs will help. You will find hundreds of videos online that will show you the correct way to perform the exercise. Make sure you are doing everything correctly or you can hurt yourself. Then you will become a couch potato.
After you got the food and exercise down, then its just being consistent. Making sure that this becomes a lifestyle choice. There is a reason why Sylvester Stallone looks the way he does at 60 years old, or anyone that has a great physic after 20-30 years. It is a life-long choice, it won't happen in a day and flat abs will quickly disappear if you do not stick with it.
No matter what you want in life, you can achieve it with dedication. If you want something bad enough you will get it, if you do not achieve something in life then you did not want it bad enough. It is pretty much that simple.
