It was a very large part of it. i dont wash my face everyday anymore and my skin has SIGNIFICANTLY cleared up. i also pick at my face when i am nervous which can cause scarring, i dissinfect with bactine or sea breaze (for sensitive skin) (hydrogen peroxide works too) and then apply neosporin.
