I am white but the patches on my leg are even whiter, It looks disgusting and I barley got it in 2011 I have no idea what to use and I am not in the sun often although I heard even going in the sun for 5 minutes can make a difference. This problem its unusual to me because i've never heard of "skin discoloration" or "pigmentation" I really want this to go away, any suggestions? I have skin discoloration on my right leg.

LOL, please don't think I'm assuming you aren't doing this already. Just, try it for 2 consecutive weeks and see the difference. If you are spraying perfume or products with specific essential oils on that area, it could possibly be causing photo(sun)sensitivity.
