I'm running XP and with a search I found I had 46 running programs. How do I know which ones i'm supposed to have and the ones i can delete. my computer is very slow and it wasn't before. I'm a little computer challenged but not totally dumb. I know my way around if i'm pointed in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.
