Fats are important but the right kind that are contained in nuts, olive oil, and fish. Even real butter is better in moderation compared to substitutes. Carbohydrates should come in the form of whole grains while protein should be lean, red meat, poultry and fish. A little bit of junk food is okay now and then but one should not overindulge.
