HELP ME!! I HAVENT EATEN SOLID FOOD IN 4 DAYS!! over the counter meds dont work. i cant sleep, i cant eat, i cant talk. Its best to drink the tea as hot as possible to get immediately relief. Rest your voice for a couple hours and drink plenty of lukewarm water.
