I was reading about mucus, and this was a related link. All I can say is if you are an adult and don't know how to get rid of "boogers", then it's going to be a long adult life with a booger filled nose! I find if I'm sick or get too much up there, a simple saline mist that you can get at the pharmacy that's NOT medicated (pretty much just salt water) helps moisten and can blow them out easier too.
