Another way I remove pet hair from furniture is with Fur-Zoff. I really like it because it's a "green" product made of recylced materials and lasts forever for abtou $10, so it's a much better choice then most disposable products. I also use the pets brush to brush the carpets which removes the hair the hoover has missed. This is very effective but does take time.
