First cut back on salt about 30% Second cut back on suger. about 30% that should do the trick. It works for me every time. If you take B.P. pills do not use salt substitute . Good luck to all. I made really silly mistake after inserting a pen cap in the ear canal. This in my opinion, injured the ear canal and also created a severe swelling right inside. Since then, it has been blocked, but has not been aching. However, I've been hearing swishing and whooshing sounds from the blocked ear canal, which has made me feel uncomfortable. It is hard for me to listen to what people are saying at times, because of the blockage inside the ear canal. Please could someone understand my symptoms and post me a suitable treatment for it asap!
