I've found an all-natural, non-toxic odor-removal spray that's completely safe to be used around both children and pets. Best of all, it completely eliminates the odor - it's called What Odor?, and it's great!

Spray the source of the odor directly and allow the spray to soak in. Just sit back and wait for the spray to dry, and as it does, the odor goes away.

Things like Febreze do a pretty good job of masking an odor, but once they wear off, the odor is back. What Odor? is the real deal.

BON-CC-41 is the best product for getting rid of all odors. I sell homes, and when I have open houses, I use this product all the time. I have had homes with pet odors, smoke odors and even skunk odors and this product has never let me down!

When it is really bad, I will shampoo the carpets and add the BON-CC-41 to the carpet cleaner. It works every time. I even invested in a fogger recently because I was using it so much. When the economy was so bad, and houses aren't selling, you have to do everything to get the advantage, and this was my advantage! I've been selling more homes then before and I really think it is because of this product. No one wants to buy a home that smells horrible!

I also always have cookies baking when showing a house! Everyone likes the fresh smell of cookies! If that isn't possible (ie, the oven is missing) then I light candles!

Although it may sound like I am selling a product, I am more interested in educating you about a solution. This Ultra Violet "green" technology is used to eliminate ANY odour and all forms of bacteria, virus, and VOC's (volitle organic compounds). This includes apparently one of the toughest and most disgusting odour - cat urine. I gurantee that this technology will work for this odor, any other odor for that matter , including homes that have had heavy smokers, pets, cultured cooking - food odours.

We know this works because it is used in industrial application like large waste water facilities, pig farms, chicken farms, rendering plants, and basically any other foul smelling facilities that are contained indoors. For the first time we are introducing this to commercial and residential markets. So the other week, my business partner and myself have developed a plan to rent/sell this technology into the real estate/ home staging market and also the buyers or sellers of homes. While we develop this market we will be working on restaurants, gyms, senior care, and other areas withing the hospitality industry that could benefit from odour elimination, sanitization, and elimination of VOC's and spread of virus and bacteria. We have amazing testimonials (a few already within this market) and I am absolutely in love with this technology...So much so that I left a good paying sales job to start my own company where it will take months if not a couple years to start making money. Again our goal is really to educate people about our amazing technology, help people sell their homes, and help people save and make money, and those goals are the most important. The company name is Hydroxyl Environmental Inc. and visit the website to learn about the exact science behind this green technology

Thanks
