This is the 2nd summer in a row that we have been plagued by frogs. They are everywhere! My neighbors have them too. We don't have standing water or pools so I'm not sure what is attracting them. They 'sneak' under the cover. I've thought about putting 'weight on the cover, but think they will still find a way in. How can I get rid of them? I've drained it, refilled it, they keep coming back.
