Im not that healthy but my grandma did say if you quit touching your eyes and use a warm towlette and then a cold towlette on your bags they would go away. So give that a try and @marx robind D you're stupid the more you toucj your eyes it pulls and tears the skin and its very delicate and fragile at the eyes so that causes bags idiot.
