		<description>this works.But still if it doesn&#039;t then when you get such bad thoughts just don&#039;t think that ,  say god&#039;s name or anything else i.e.your mother&#039;s name, your name ,see t.v.,dance , sing ,etc</description>

		<description>i understand this. yes, it&#039;s very annoying. i have people who read my mind without me wanting them to and yes, it&#039;s annoying beyond belief. i keep trying to make them understand that the thought comes out of nowhere and is not a part of who i am. i don&#039;t think it&#039;s sinking in.</description>

		<description>I am in 8th grade and already I feel like my life has ended. I&#039;ve been having panicked attacks on and off and nothing compared to the one I had yesterday. I saw something on the news and now I am wondering if I will end up doing something bad like that. I have the tools in my home to do it but I would never do such a thing in my life. I keep having a picture of my head of my grabbing it and actually doing it to my family members, which is a joke because they are the most important thing to me in the whole world! How do I get this nasty thought away, it just keeps coming back.</description>

		<description>Really need some help...can&#039;t stop thinking about a bad image! I worry it will turn me into something I don&#039;t want to be. It&#039;s important to regularly monitor, and deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, images, impulses, etc., by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately. Use the &quot;Technique For Re-Programming Negative Thoughts&quot; - When you notice something negative, such as: &quot;I can&#039;t do this/ am never going to get over this!&quot; or: &quot;Why am I always so useless/such a loser?&quot; or even an image, emotion, or a memory; recognise that it is being generated from the negative part of your mind. 

After identifying and labelling it, visualise a large, red, flashing, &quot;STOP!&quot; sign, and/or possibly a stern faced person wagging an index finger at you in a negative manner, then say to yourself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: &quot;I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!&quot; You may want to use either: &quot;ruse&quot;, &quot;ploy&quot;, &quot;game&quot;, or &quot;trick&quot;. In the case of an image, visualise a large &quot;STOP&quot; sign, or your preferred version. 

Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don&#039;t regard it as being strictly necessary. Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method. Try replacing a negative thought with a positive affirmation of your choice, like: &quot;I am a unique individual, with my own set of skills, and good points&quot;, or &quot;I may not be perfect, but I&#039;m doing the best I can, right now&quot;, or &quot;I choose to be more positive&quot;. 		<description>I watched some of the movie &#039;Human Centapieds&#039; and it really scared me and grossed me out (suggest you not watch it), i stayed up all night just hoping not to think about it again but i kept thinking of it, i had to sleep with my mom,  i then threw up at like 3 in the morning im not sure if i was just sick because it was thanksgiving but it might be because i was overobessing about it. Every time i think of it i feel like im going to throw up. WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO?</description>
